This page is a map, not an account service

Payday Workshop is independent of Paper Trails and isolved. We do not offer a login form, reset passwords or verify employees. For official account destinations, begin with Paper Trails’ own public login page linked below. It separates employer and employee resources and identifies a legacy route for former Local Economy clients. That distinction matters more than a search result with a familiar brand name.

An employer can tell a worker which arrangement applies to them. Do not guess from a colleague’s bookmark if the accounts were provisioned under different configurations. When public instructions and a saved link disagree, use a known employer contact or the provider’s current official resource to resolve the difference.

Prepare for a support conversation without exposing secrets

You can usually describe whether the problem involves a missing invitation, the wrong resource or an authentication prompt without sharing a password or code. Record the general error wording and the time it occurred. Redact sensitive information before sending any screenshot through the employer’s approved support channel. This publication’s editorial address must not receive those account details.

CISA recommends multifactor authentication and careful handling of phishing. A request to approve an unexpected authentication prompt deserves verification through the organization’s security process. Do not interpret a familiar logo as proof that a message or page is legitimate. Use established bookmarks and official links rather than instructions supplied by an unsolicited sender.

Respect the employer’s account boundary

Paper Trails directs employees of client businesses to their employers for help. The employer may have responsibilities that the software provider cannot resolve without authorization. A worker’s inability to see a feature may also reflect configuration or permissions, not a universal outage. Ask a specific question about the task you need to perform.

If the problem is actually missing pay or an incorrect record, keep that issue separate from the access problem. Restoring a login may help you inspect documents but does not itself resolve a wage discrepancy. Our resource map is intended to reduce that confusion while leaving every private action inside the employer’s or provider’s legitimate environment.
